HOW TO PURCHASE TICKETS IN ACCESSIBLE SEATING AREAS, VISUALLY IMPAIRED OR HEARING IMPAIRED AREAS
Accessible seating for guests who use wheelchairs and have limited mobility are available throughout Glass City Center based on event configuration. Tickets in the accessible seating areas can be purchased directly through the Glass City Center Box Office at 419-321-5007 or online at www.ticketmaster.com.
We ask that ADA Will Call tickets be purchased in the names of those who will use them.
Depending upon time of purchase, tickets can either be mailed or, if close to the event date, picked up upon arrival at the box office window.

WHAT ARE THE OPTIONS FOR PARKING? WILL THE SURROUNDING GARAGES ACCEPT VANS?
Glass City Center is surrounded by a number of parking options. All provide accessible routes to the Center. As with all covered garages, there are height restrictions. They are as follows:
- Glass City Center Garage(entrance on Monroe Street) Also connects to Huntington Center via enclosed skywalk has a height limit of 8'2".
- Port Lawrence Garage(entrance located on St. Clair, connects to Glass City Center via enclosed skywalk) has a height limit of 7'0".

ENTERING GLASS CITY CENTER
Glass City Center has multiple entrances that are accessible on Monroe Street, Summit Street, and Jefferson Avenue.
ELEVATORS
There are several accessible public elevators located throughout Glass City Center. Elevators are located on the Monroe and Summit sides of the building to have access to meeting rooms and the Grand Ballroom.
CONCESSION STANDS
There are three concession stands located in the main Expo Hall. Concession stands will be open during select events.
RESTROOMS
There are multiple restrooms on all floors of the building. All public restrooms are designed to be accessible to our guests with disabilities.
DRINKING FOUNTAINS
There are drinking fountains throughout Glass City Center. There are also bottle refill stations around the center.
